About Us

Aaron Kaleniecki

With over 50 installations in the past two decades, Aaron is recognized as a premier digital organ voicer and spends much of his free time studying pipe organs and their musical nuances. Countless hours listening to and identifying these details  give him the necessary tools to create the most authentic digital organ installations. When most sales teams focus on the next deal, he makes sure each and every instrument he installs is as good as it can possibly be.

Viscount Organs of Michigan is owned and operated by Aaron Kaleniecki. Aaron has been in organ performance, sales and service for over 20 years with significant experience in all aspects of the organ industry. Having earned his music performance degree from Wayne State University, he is active as parish church musician first and foremost. Aaron understands how the organ, whether it be pipe, digital, combination, or tonewheel fits into the various styles of worship from traditional to ultra contemporary. He has conducted choirs and orchestras, developed his own community chorus and maintains a healthy concert schedule.

When he isn’t playing or working on organs, Aaron spends his free time restoring  vintage hi-fi audio equipment - and building custom guitar amplifiers - specifically those that use vacuum tubes requiring extreme attention to detail.  As a member of the National Corvette Restorers Society, he is the “go-to” guy for refurbishing 1950’s and 1960’s Chevrolet Fuel Injected engines.  Aaron lives in Allen Park with his wife Ruth, and their two children: Ralph and Charles.

Johnny Kash

Johnny Kash is Viscount Organs of Michigan’s Artist in Residence. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit, studying organ with Ray Ferguson and Gale Kramer.  He earned a Bachelor of Music Degree in Organ Performance in 2000 and a Master of Music Degree in Organ Performance in 2005.  Johnny is the Music Director for Our Lady of Victory Catholic Parish in Northville, MI.

Johnny performs in concert periodically throughout the Detroit area, the United States, and Europe. In 2007 he gave a series of recitals in Poland, Denmark, and Sweden. In 2011 Johnny performed a series of recitals in Poland, this being his fourth visit to the country since 2002. Johnny also enjoys collaborating with other musicians to provide concerts for organ plus other instruments.  Past concerts have included organ & brass, organ & flute, organ & french horn, organ & voice, and most notably - DUELING ORGANS (Combining the classic organ with the theatre organ!).

Most of Johnny’s playing, however, can be heard during the hundreds of church services, weddings, funerals, graduations, and other liturgical events that he performs for throughout the year.

Johnny recently completed four year term as charter member of the Academy of Sacred Music, a group that serves as a body furthering the musical vision of Archbishop Allen Vigneron and the Archdiocese of Detroit. Johnny resides in Northville, MI with his wife, Gabriela, and their two sons, Sebastian and Dominic.

A dedication concert by Johnny is included with every Viscount Organ Installation.  Visit his website for more info: www.johnnykash.net
